Hooded Bear Diaper Cake
When I found out that my cousin was having a baby girl, I was excited to be able to make my first diaper cake!
Luckily my aunt and I had the same idea in mind with the theme colors of pink and lime green! To make the cake I used a box of size 1 diapers, rolled with rubber bands and arranged in 3 tiers around baby goodies which included: 1 bottle cleaner, 3 receiving blankets, and 1 hooded towel.
Tucked around the diaper cake were: 6 washcloths (3 of which were folded into bunnies), baby toys, baby personal care items, and 1 onsie. To finish the diaper cake off, I embellished it with green and pink fabric ribbon and curling ribbon, added a beautiful touch with handmade paper carnations, and added a personalized touch with initialized paper blocks for baby to be.
This was a great project that my 2 year old daughter even enjoyed helping with!
Thank you for the opportunity to "brag" about my creation! The final project was a proud moment and I am glad to share.
