Tell us about your diaper cake! We would love to hear all about it...

Who did you make it for?
Our first grandson who will be arriving in February.

Was there a theme or style you followed?
Absolutely, his nursery has the blue gingham in his bedding set along with his curtains.

How many diapers did you use in your cake?
120 diapers were used, we prefer Huggies & used size 5 so cake can stay assembled for months.

What were the ingredients?
Huggies Diapers, baby rattles, baby powder, shampoo, lotion, oil, baby bottles, pacifier, brush & comb & his first teddy bear on top. Wooden letters that we painted white.

How did you make it?
Each rolled diaper was held with a rubber band & each layer was held together with elastic, then covered with blue gingham ribbon, then decorated as we wanted our theme.

Anything else you would like to share with us about your diaper cake or the occasion?
The items we used were carefully thought out for our theme & we hot glued sticks on the backs of all items & carefully placed them in between the diapers without damaging any.

Hi Pattie,

Congratulations on the new grandbaby coming to your family! That is so exciting. :) Your diaper cake turned out adorable. Good idea on the size 5 diapers. Your family will be able to enjoy it for quite a while that way. ;) I can tell he will be well loved.

Thanks so much for sharing your diaper cake with us!
